Sometimes all you have to do is listen, that's how Martine started her business, she listened and an idea is conceived with planing, vision and a desire to create a child friendly training program, Prams In The Park was born. Martine nurtured PITP like a baby and now 5 years on, PITP is not just for mums, but dads, aunts, uncles and friends joining in having fun and staying healthy and losing weight in the process.
Being a mum, weather it's your first, second, third or fourth you feel a need to stay active but find it too time consuming to get to the gym, you have to arrange child care then get to the gym and then what, you lose motivation early in the session as your mind is elsewhere, most likely on your bub in the creche across town, which if you dont wrap up your gym session now your going to be late for pick up.
